sorry ...for the melancholy

its kinda long time since i have put up something around here and am sorry if some of you find the music a tad depressing..well life has been going on fine so far.. adn recently the exams have... ever felt this kind off feeling where you say to yourself i gotta study but in the end you never did it.. and this becomes a pattern..so much so that you wonder if this is some idiot puppettering you around and tangling up your strings when you feel like you should do something on your own accord??

went to see a show today.. watch "install"

it was a funny day.. where you see teens younger then you.. who have just reached 16 rushing about in excitement like as though they are heading into the theatre all giggling like schoolgirls about this show which looks kinky enough to warrant as a a porn movie..well it was otherwise stark in terms of presentatin.. especially one part where the boy touches the girls breast and touched her bra.. while saying that he had expected breasts to be warm and soft..it showed for that moment wat the kid was..wat he rabbled on in the movie was all theory and when it came to the "moment of truth" he was only but as innnocent as wat was shown..

basically the show was not trying to depict anything really pornographic but more of the society's trend towards conforming to the "rules" its true that the societies are getting more and more rigid.. and this traps us..esp the younger gen..the most absurd would be the parts where the government implemented the teaching of creativity and worse still the usage of english in the teaching of chinese..are thingds going the right way??

and the show shows how teens nowadays are looking for a break.. one that could clear their minds.. one that awakens one long enuff for him/herself to bring him/herself back on track..although i must admit the idea is a little kinky.. but i guess it kinda worked..

after the movies you could hear all the chattering about the movie being a flop cos they aren't any of those scenes.. and to my amazement.. they were girls amongst the group..my my.. heheh.. it was a different experienc eas compared to when i first saw art house films the audience were all quiet and solemn.,.. and are mostly older then me..so the feeling was a little odd..yet sitting with this audeince makes me look even older.. haha

also.. something very interestng happened today.. i waited for the usher to appear at the cinema and i waited for about 15 minutes.. i was beginning to think that i may miss the show..later.. when i saw people goign ointo the theater themselves i decided to follow only then did the usher come out.. to tell us that it was not ready and for us to wait awhile..and she kinda crawled around the place.. looking all busy.. finally she emerged form the theatre to get us it..it was the 6th theatre.(pple who have been to cathay would know that it is the smallest i and kinda "cosy"??) adn the usher this time round actually deserves some credit..dunno her name.. all her tag said was trainee.. hahah.. well she made me feel well treated even if in this caes i was delayed for entry..she reminded of those SIA ads ..( about some singapore girl and its the great way to fly and so on)well most ushers just tear your ticket and tell you with a drone which theatre.. then you never hear from them again.. this case.. she smiled when she tore the tix..told us( the audience) politely that the theatre was in the midst of preparation..and that it would be awhile before we rest our ass on the seats..then when the movie was over she was they to usher us out at the door.. .. anyways to the usher.. good job..well done.

(btw this should be called service..seriously.. singapore lacks this quite abit in many places..)just a comment..

myloh on a grey thursday..
